Siquijor offers uncrowded dive sites, healthy coral reefs, and excellent visibility. Unlike more famous Philippine dive destinations, you'll often have sites to yourself.

Best Dive Sites

Sandugan Wall

Siquijor's premier dive site featuring a dramatic wall dropping to 40+ meters. Look for sea turtles, reef sharks, and colorful soft corals.

Tubod Marine Sanctuary

Protected reef perfect for beginners. Abundant fish life and healthy hard corals in shallow water.

Paliton Wall

Another excellent wall dive with great coral coverage and regular turtle sightings.

Tongo Point

Known for its swim-throughs and caverns. More advanced dive with interesting topography.

Dive Shops & Courses

Several dive shops operate in Siquijor, mostly based in San Juan area.

Best Time to Dive

Diving is possible year-round, but conditions vary:

  • Best months: March-June (calmest seas, best visibility)
  • Avoid: July-September (monsoon season, rougher conditions)
  • Water temperature: 26-29°C year-round
